I am from Yorkshire, UK and started my career as a chiropractor in England, where I studied for five years. I eventually moved to Norway, where I worked for three years at a multidisciplinary clinic in Kristiansand. There I had the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals, which broadened my perspective and strengthened my holistic approach to patient care.
After several years of experience and professional development, my wife and I took the next step and started Novo Klinikken together – a project that combines our shared vision for modern and patient-focused treatment.
In parallel with my career as a chiropractor, I have previously worked as a personal trainer in several places. I have integrated this background into the treatment I offer, and I find that it gives me a good foundation for providing patients with holistic and functional solutions, especially when it comes to rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
I, along with everyone at Novo Klinikken, am particularly interested in finding the real cause of the patient's ailments. I like to go in depth and analyze the whole picture, so that the treatment is more targeted and effective. This usually gives better and more lasting results, which both I and the patients greatly appreciate.
Continuous development is important to me – both professionally and physically. I regularly invest time in courses and updating my knowledge, while I myself am active and enjoy training. It gives me energy, but also a better understanding of the body in motion.
I work with most types of musculoskeletal disorders and see myself as a versatile therapist with good results.
My goal is always to help patients return to a pain-free and functional everyday life - in a safe, effective and personal way.
